 Nature is one of the most amazing things in our world.Many people think nature only means trees,plants and animals.But nature is more than that.Even the air we breathe is a part of nature.Trees and plants produce the oxygen we need to live.Sri lanka has many important forests and rainforests,such as the kanneliya rainforest,Sinharaja forest reserve and Udawattakele sanctuary. Today these natural areas are being destroyed because of careless human activities.This causes serious damage to the balance of the environment.As humans,we must respect nature and live in harmony with it.If we do not protect nature,it will affect our future. Therefore,it is our duty to protect this wonderful nature and care for it as we care for our own mother.

       Family may be the smallest unit in society,but its influence on an individual's life is profound.It is within the family that values,descipline and strength are first nurtured.For me ,my family has always been the foundation that shapes who I am today.            There are four members in my family:my parents,my elder sister and my self.Currently,my sister lives abroad,and her absense has made me realize the true value of having a sibling close by.Distance has a way of teaching lessons that presence often hides.       My father,a retired government employee,now enjoys a peaceful life after years of service.My mother faces certain health challenges,and as a family,we care for her with love and understanding.One of the greatest gifts my family has given me is freedom-freedom to make choices,learn from mistakes and grow indipendently.         I belive that a well-rounded individual is shaped through...

              Sigiriya also called the linon Rock,Is a famous historical place in Sri Lanka.It is located in the Mathale District of the central province.Highest of the rock is around 200 meters.                According to the history of Sri Lanka this rock used as a kindom of Sri Lanka by king Kashyapa in 5th century.The name " SIGIRIYA" comes from this big lion  statue that was once at the entrance of the palace.Even though the statue is gone now,you can still see the lion's paws,Which are very big and carved into the rock.

               Every person who is born as a human as to face the cycle of life.I'm not saying that animals don't have a life.That life begins from the day we are born.                    We grow up little by little.As we grow up,our responsibilities increase.We go to school,then we work,and then we get married.We expect happiness from all of these things.And we always try to see that happiness in our lives.                 So what is this true happiness really?          •Is it money or Is it mental freedom?
